Welcome to Maggie’s Ranch! We value every customer and want to ensure you fully understand our payment and delivery process. Because each of our livestock shelters is custom-built to order, the payment and delivery details below are designed to keep everything smooth, transparent, and secure.
1. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers. Maggie’s Ranch does not store or access your full credit card information.
Deposits and Balances
Because every shelter is made to order:

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project and secure materials.

The remaining balance is due before final delivery of your shelter.

Payment details will always be clearly listed in your quote or invoice before work begins.
Payment Security
Your privacy and safety are important to us. All online transactions are protected with SSL encryption and processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.
Your financial details are never shared with anyone outside of Maggie’s Ranch or our payment processor.
2. Delivery Information
At Maggie’s Ranch, every shelter is personally delivered by the owner or qualified employee — ensuring quality and care from start to finish.
We take pride in handling each build with the same attention and respect that went into creating it.
Delivery Method: Personal Trailer Delivery
All shelters are delivered directly by Maggie’s Ranch using our own trailer setup.
This allows us to:

Guarantee your build arrives safely and securely

Schedule deliveries at a time that works best for you

Avoid third-party freight damage or delays
Delivery includes transportation to your property and careful unloading of the structure.
If on-site placement or setup is required, please make sure the delivery area is level and accessible for our trailer.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer direct trailer delivery within 250 miles of Dearing, Ga.
If you’re located outside our normal delivery area, contact us — we’ll do our best to arrange a custom delivery option for an additional fee.

Estimated build and delivery dates are provided during your order process, and you’ll receive updates throughout your build so you always know what stage your project is in.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on:

Setup or unloading requirements
All delivery costs will be clearly shown on your quote or invoice — no hidden fees.
Damage During Delivery
All shelters are inspected before leaving our site.
If any damage occurs during transport or delivery:

Notify us immediately upon delivery.

Provide photos and details if possible.

We’ll assess the situation and repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
Because we personally handle every delivery, damage is rare — but your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Since each project is handcrafted, we’ll keep you updated on progress from design approval to completion.
You’ll receive communication before delivery to confirm date, time, and any special instructions for your location.
